Refunds Policy

At Social Hands Marketing, we take pride in delivering professional, results-driven marketing services. Because our work involves time, strategy, and creative effort, our refund policy is designed to be fair for both sides.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services — which include time-based creative work, design, and strategy — refunds are not typically issued once a project has started or a service has been delivered.
2. Monthly Packages

Monthly retainers or subscription packages (such as “Hands-Free” or “All Hands On Deck”) are billed upfrontat the start of each month.

If you choose to cancel, we require 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

Once a new billing cycle begins, that month’s payment remains due in full, even if services are paused or cancelled mid-month.
3. Ad Hoc Services
For once-off or custom projects (such as content creation, campaigns, or photography):

Full upfront payment is required to begin work.

If you cancel before work begins, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Changes and Revisions
We value collaboration and transparency.

Reasonable revisions are included in most packages to ensure you’re happy with the final product.

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra costs, which will always be discussed and approved before work continues.
5. Service Satisfaction
If you’re unhappy with any part of your service, please contact us immediately at ping@socialhands.co.za.
We’ll review the situation, work with you to find a solution, and ensure your expectations are met wherever possible.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where:

No work has yet been performed.

A payment was made in error or duplicated.
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Social Hands Marketing management.
